The purpose of these regulations are to invigorate programs to monitor misconducts between the company and the clients, with a view to present our firm will to realize ethical management of our business.

Scope of Application of Ethics Management

The Ethics Management policies are applicable to the employees, business facilities, and transaction counterparts. The employees of United Transport, Inc. are obliged to comply with the regulations on Ethics.
The employees of United Transport, Inc. shall not commit violations of the code of conducts, including violations of the Customs Laws, regulations, or company bylaws, or other misconducts.

Responsibilities and Duties for Our clients

United Transport, Inc., shall endeavor to maintain the client’s trust upon use based on integrity, professionalism, and transparency, in order to respect the rights and maximize the values for our business partners.
United Transport, Inc., shall provide services that are in accordance with the requirements of the clients at a reasonable price and actively protect the rights of our clients.
United Transport, Inc. shall respond to the requirements of the clients in an honest manner and respond promptly to any demands for compensations, etc.
United Transport, Inc. shall, in order to protect the interests of the clients, not disclose the information related to the clients to a third party or use such information for other purposes.
United Transport, Inc. shall, based on the principles of free competition, respect the market order in South Korea and elsewhere and compete fairly and in good faith, without using unlawful methods or serving unlawful purposes through violation of the interests of the clients or exploiting their weaknesses.

United Transport, Inc. shall emphasize with the management policies of the company and uphold protection of the interests of our clients as the primal values and principles as we provide our services.
United Transport, Inc. shall understand that the decisions made by each employee and actions taken by him/her directly affects the reputation and credibility of the company. For this, they should establish values and perform their duties in accordance with the company policies honorably, so that they could protect the interest of the clients.
